Hot Wound Coil Spring Machine
The primary equipment for manufacturing large springs is the CNC hot spring coiling machine. The equipment’s core function is to heat spring steel materials with wire diameters ranging from 20mm to 100mm to temperatures between 900 and 1100 degrees Celsius. It then shapes these materials into cylindrical coil springs using a specialized mandrel. Once the rolling process is complete, the machine can remove the spring from the mandrel.
This equipment can achieve a one-time formation, creating the required pitch and parallel coil section of the spring in a single operation. Importantly, there is no need for subsequent manual processing after rolling, and it can proceed directly to heat treatments such as quenching.
